Contacts from the Australian Consumer Handbook Online can now be found in the ACCC’s Consumer and business directory

The CBD provides a one stop shop of links and contacts for consumers and small business. It is a database of contact details for organisations that provide assistance or advice to consumers and small business. It amalgamates the ACCC’s “Other agency contacts” and the “Australian Consumer Handbook Online” which was previously available from the Consumers Online website.
