Regular public consultations are held when elements of the Australian Consumer Law, its implementation and its effectiveness are being considered.
In general consultations relate to the law itself, other consumer-policy matters being considered by Consumer Affairs Ministers as part of CAF, and more general consideration of consumer matters.
